Can we use a different material aside from leather? 

1. We manufacture bags and corporate giveaways using your own designs, with leather as our primary choice of material. If you prefer other materials or a have a custom design in mind, such as synthetic leather, fabric/canvas, nylon, or native materials, we are open to such collaborations.

Can the items be personalized or branded?

1. Yes, we accept requests for customized stamps on leather goods. Monogramming and name stamping can also be arranged subject to a minimal production fee.

What are the terms and modes of payment?

1. Our standard payment terms are 50% down payment and 50% full payment upon delivery of the job order. We accept payments via cash, GCash, PayMaya, bank deposit, credit card, and PayPal.

What is the standard lead time?

1. The standard production lead time is 8 to 10 weeks, but may vary depending on specific requirements. 

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

1. Each collection requires an MOQ of 50 pieces per item to qualify for discounts. Other requirements are requests are subject to discussion.
